I won the title of Miss Kujawsko-Pomorskie, reached the Top 20 of Miss Polski, served as an SFD brand ambassador and played the lead in Komodo's music video “Miami Deja Vu” (over a million views).

Agency owner & Paulina's manager
For 10 years I've been running projects and teams in tech — today as a Program Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, with budgets over EUR 20 million and rollouts across multiple countries.
In parallel I build my own ventures: co-founder and Vice President of the Typly start-up, previously head of Conrad Electronic Group's Polish IT branch. Corporate scale and an entrepreneur's agility in one.
I bring exactly that standard to the agency: clear processes, tight budget control, punctuality and full accountability for the result. Our clients don't get “a few hostesses” — they get a partner who understands business goals and turns them into a smoothly run event.
My goal is the steady growth of Z Models: first across Poland, then across Europe. We're building a brand that stands for the highest standard of event support.
